The Most Expensive Alfa Romeo In History

If you're hoping to get your hands on an Alfa 8C Spider, well... take a number, because really – who doesn't? The open-air version of the highly coveted – and almost universally admired – 8C Competizione, the 8C Spider is a product of pure demand. But with only 500 examples set to be produced and just 35 of those destined for American shores, only a handful of eligible parties will get them. And those Yanks who are lucky enough to do so do will have to pay at least $299,000 for the privilege. I’LL PASS! I’ll be better off with a FERRARI or PHANTOM!!!

Kobe Bryant’s Black Mamba Luxury Watch

The newest luxury brand on the block, Nubeo, has chosen Kobe Bryant to be their new brand ambassador. The new sports watch is called the Black Mamba, which derived from Kobe’s court nickname. Most of the Nubeo designs are focused on ocean environments and the Black Mamba is no different. It costs around $285,000 for the most limited version, which includes materials like black titanium, ceramic, black sapphires, and sapphire crystals. I LOVE THIS WATCH! AND CONGRATS KOBE!!! I SEE YOU DOING BIG THINGS! KEEP UP THE HARD WORK!

Be Inspireled Easy Chair by Manolo Bossi

Italian designer Manolo Bossi created the ‘Be Inspireled’ easy chair for the Swedish furniture manufacturer BERHIN.

From BERHIN: ‘Be Inspireled’ is a spectacular and humoristic easy chair. It is made out of modeled birch and a new kind of modeled felt that uses 50% recycled fiber (from plastic bottles), fiber that can be recycled after the life span of the chair (into new plastic bottles, perhaps).

I absolutely LOVE modern looking chairs like these!!!

If You’re Into Discreet Living, You’ll Love This…

Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan designed House 53 in São Paulo, Brazil. The House 53 design was defined following São Paulo city building laws and the site’s peculiar shape, which is just over 10 meters in front and approximately 30 meters in length. According to the legislation one can build in the neighborhood up to a two-floor building, settled upon the site’s lateral limits. A third floor is allowed as long as the lateral setbacks are respected.

The house’s inferior volume, which comprises the living room on the first floor, and the bedrooms on the second floor, is a glass box with wooden brises that open as folding doors. The rooms’ front and back facades were designed to be completely closed or opened. From the outside, when the brises (and the front wall, which follows the same language) are closed, it’s impossible to distinguish the openings, and all wooden surfaces make up a pure single volume, without bumps. When these brises are opened, the house looks like a large wood folding.

THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT GETAWAY/VACATION HOME!!! WOULD ALSO BE A GREAT PLACE TO GO WHEN YOU DON’T WANT TO BE BOTHERED!!!!
