Fruit Salad Summer 2009 Collection

Fruit Salad is a fresh and new lifestyle brand in tune and innovating the current trend in alternative to mainstream fashion labels. Fruit Salad bridges the gap between the onslaught of vinyl toy designers and the dramatically increasing fanatical sneaker collector population. They produce a limited amount of sneakers, sometimes in batches as small as fifty shoes as a means of highlighting the artwork and personality of each shoe. Fruit Salad Footwear currently offers 4 different models, the Punch, Cocktail, Milkshake, and Smoothie, with each available in a high-top & low-top cut. The Summer 2009 collection is now available on the official Fruit Salad website, in limited quantities.

The IGL-jet Desk by Ernest Igl

Steelcase is putting the IGL-jet desk, an icon of 1970’s office furniture back into production. The original desk was designed by Ernest Igl, and has become something of a collector’s item. Steelcase will produce new limited editions of the 1970 desks, with each copy of the re-edition being individually numbered. By the way, the Mac is not included. LOL!

Infiniti Essence Is A No Go…

Some concept cars are design studies, while others closely preview production models. Unfortunately for the Infiniti Essence, the company spokesmen verified that the show-stopping Essence will not be entering production. Alright, so that may be no big surprise, but we're allowed to dream, aren't we? :-(

2010 Mercedes Benz E63 AMG

The 186 mph E63 is equipped with the same seven-speed dual clutch Speedshift gearbox that debuted in the SL63 roadster. That development allows it to consume 12% less premium petrol than the previous iteration, which had a mere 507 hp to play with. Standard 18-inch or optional 19-inch alloys with matching rubber help transfer the drive and braking torque to the pavement. OMG!!!
